Incorporating Kumayri historic district

February 3rd, 2017:  GPH and Central Bank of Armenia partnered in developing “Incorporating-the-historic-district-of-kumayri“ project proposal supported by the Government of Armenia.

The Project aims at renovating Shirazi and Rustaveli streets of historic center of Gyumri based on collective investment model suggested by the CBA.

The vision to renovate the proposed area includes various interventions to renew the infrastructure and ideas for SMEs to further utilize the historic buildings preserving their historical look.

In addition, GPH conducted detailed analysis of available properties, categorized them to national, local and proposed heritage and finally, distinguished available territory for businesses to further expand.
